Shipping Policy

HOLIDAY SEASON: ORDER BY 5 DECEMBER TO RECEIVE BY CHRISTMAS.

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders with 2 or more items. A flat shipping fee of USD$6.00 is payable only for single-item orders.

All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method, through recognized couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and more. We provide international tracked shipping on orders to the countries listed in the table.

Order cancellations or adjustments may not be possible after the order is placed. Please allow 2-6 business days for your order to be processed (large orders may take longer and we truly appreciate your patience). Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below.

Additionally, please note that Brickwerks™ does not ship to P.O. boxes, and only physical home addresses may be shipped to. Customers who made an order with a P.O. box address will be contacted to make an address change, and orders will not be processed until a physical home address is provided.
